9D Breathwork
9D Breathwork is a multidimensional, dynamic and powerful tool that integrates conscious breathing with sound and energetic frequencies to create deep emotional and physiological shifts. It is a multisensory experience that combines several therapeutic modalities into one immersive soundscape journey. The different dimensions interact together to create a layered, full body and transformative experience. Here is the breakdown:

9D Breathwork
9D MULTI-DIMENSIONAL SOUND EXPERIENCE

9D Breathwork creates an immersive space where sound is heard from various directions. This expansive soundscape transports you to a larger inner world, facilitating heightened awareness and making you forget your physical surroundings.
SUBLIMINAL HYPNOTIC THERAPY

Rooted in the core principles of hypnosis, this layer involves evoking emotions and delivering suggestions while individuals are in a highly suggestible state. It serves diverse purposes, including personal growth, health improvement, and healing, by reframing emotions and perspectives on life's challenges.
SOMATIC BREATHWORK

Serving as the foundational technique, somatic breathwork empowers individuals to release accumulated traumas and trapped emotions, fostering deep healing. In the 9D experience, somatic breathwork is elevated to new heights, enhancing its transformative potential.
432HZ HARMONIC TUNING

Music tuned to 432Hz, as opposed to the more common 440Hz, is deeply harmonious with the human body and is often referred to as the "healing frequency."
GUIDED VOCAL COACHING

This layer offers the equivalent of a high-value therapy session, incorporating a blend of traditional coaching techniques, reframing exercises, and challenges to our limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging tendencies. It serves as a powerful component of the 9D journey.
BIOACOUSTIC SOUND EFFECTS

BioAcoustics means "life sounds." Low-frequency sounds that, when presented to individuals, trigger specific biological and emotional responses, contributing to profound therapeutic effects on overall health and well-being.
BINAURAL BRAIN ENTRAINMENT

Binaural beats, produced by blending different frequencies, promote harmony between the brain's two hemispheres. A variety of these combinations are carefully designed to support the energetic arc of the 9D experience.
SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCIES

A set of frequencies that have been scientifically demonstrated to harmonize the body’s energy systems. Each frequency corresponds to a distinct intention for activating the body. For example, 396Hz is associated with liberation and emotional release, specifically targeting fear and guilt.
ISOCHRONIC BRAINWAVE TONES

Isochronic tones consist of a single frequency that pulsates or beats at a rapid rate, influencing the brain in specific ways to enhance the overall experience.
The body always seeks homeostasis, our natural state. Breathwork helps to strengthen the tone of the vagus nerve, the longest nerve in the body. It has the widest distribution of all of the cranial nerves, essentially connecting the brain and the body. Strengthening our vagal tone increases our ability to regulate our stress response, improves our emotional resilience, enhances our physical and mental health to create more balance in our lives. With strong vagal tone we can experience more calm, focus, emotional stability for overall better health and vitality. * In a world where stress is inevitable, having strong vagal tone allows you to navigate life with greater ease, well being and longevity.

FAQ's
How long is a session:
Every breathwork journey is unique and last two hours. There will be pre-session information, the actual journey, post-session integration practice, opportunity for sharing; but only if one desires, and information.
What do I bring to a breathwork session:
A water bottle, a journal and pen to capture insights and revelations (can you use your phone ‘notes app’ as well), an eye mask if you have one. If not, one will be provided. A yoga mat for comfort and any other comforts you’d like to enhance your experience. We have some yoga mats and blankets will be provided.
What happens during the session:
An intentionally safe and comfortable container is created and held for you. You will be lying down with an eye mask and sound cancelling headphones to experience a deeply immersive sound experience. You will be taken on a journey utilizing nine dimensions of sound, spoken word, music and positive affirmations along with the breathwork. The somatic breathwork used primarily, is a conscious connected breath, breathing in and out through the mouth. While it can feel unnatural and sometimes uncomfortable, herein lies the work in Breathwork. You will be coached by a guide throughout the journey on the technique, and encouraged to self-modulate or adjust to your own pace whenever you need to. The facilitator is present to attend to any needs that may arise during the session.
What do I wear to the session:
Layers! Be comfortable with loose or nonrestrictive clothing. The space can be on the cooler side and you can always remove layers. Breathwork can make you warm and cool again afterwards.
What happens after the session:
After a session it is recommended to hydrate well and rest your body. You can feel tired or emotional. It helps to give yourself some grace and do some grounding practices like taking a walk, a bath, or some movement exercises. Even writing or journaling thoughts and insights can be very useful later when reviewing what you experienced. *To further assist you in your ‘integration process’, you will receive an email on more ideas for self-care to help you integrate this powerful experience. And, since your integration process is so important to sustain the change(s) in your daily life, there will be a complimentary online opportunity for a 9D breathwork session designed specifically for integration and regeneration.
How often are the journeys offered:
Each month different themes will be offered based on feedback, needs and interests of the community.
If there is a specific topic you would like to explore
1:1 sessions are offered as well as the group sessions.
